Terms of Service
Last updated: July 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RaveJob (“RaveJob,” “we,” “us”), a review-request service for contractors and small businesses. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use RaveJob.
1. What RaveJob does
RaveJob helps you request reviews from your customers. You add a completed job, and we send your customer an email or text message asking how you did. Happy customers are directed to your public review page (such as Google); unhappy customers are routed to you privately so you can make it right. We do not, and will not, hide the public review option from any customer based on their rating.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business.
3. Subscription, trial, and billing
- RaveJob costs $39 per month. There are no contracts and no per-review fees.
- New accounts include a 14-day free trial. Your card isn’t charged until the trial ends.
- Payments are processed by Square. We don’t see or store your full card number.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for; we don’t provide prorated refunds for partial months.
4. Your customers’ information
When you add a job, you give us your customer’s contact details so we can send a review request on your behalf. You represent that you have a genuine business relationship with each customer you add and the right to contact them. You will not use RaveJob to send unsolicited messages to people who aren’t your customers, and you’ll comply with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and the TCPA.
5. SMS messaging program
Program name: RaveJob Review Requests.
What it is: When a business using RaveJob marks your job complete, RaveJob sends you a text message on that business’s behalf, thanking you and asking how the job went, with a link to leave a review. The message always names the business that served you.
How you opt in: You give the business your mobile number when you book or pay for a job, or you enter it yourself on a RaveJob page reached by scanning that business’s QR code. RaveJob only messages numbers a business entered for a completed job. We do not buy, rent, or share phone number lists, and numbers are never shared between businesses.
Message frequency: Recurring but low volume — typically 1–2 messages per completed job. Frequency varies with how often you hire the business.
Message and data rates may apply. RaveJob does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates do apply.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You’ll get one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at erick@ravejob.com. You can also contact the business that served you directly.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not sell your personal information, and mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use RaveJob to: send spam; upload false, misleading, or unlawful content; attempt to manipulate or gate reviews in violation of platform rules or the FTC; infringe anyone’s rights; or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Reviews and results
We help you ask for reviews — we don’t control whether customers leave them or what they say, and we don’t guarantee any particular number of reviews or business outcome.
8. Your content and ours
You keep ownership of your business information, logo, and customer data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (for example, displaying your logo on the review page and in emails). RaveJob’s name, software, and design remain ours.
9. Disclaimers
RaveJob is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaveJob is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify RaveJob against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your handling of your customers’ information in violation of these Terms or the law.
12. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the service. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. You can stop using RaveJob anytime; we may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
